A native of Colombia, ROGER grew up in the neighborhoods of Jackson Heights and Elmhurst. He began writing in the early 1970’s, quickly becoming the king of the #7 line and participated in the 1976 ‘Freedom Train’ bicentennial production; the first time ten whole subway cars were painted on both sides.
